RF MMIC Amplifiers

 
ASB 自主拥有 SiGe 半导体专利技术。以这些技术为基础,ASB 针对移动通信及电视广播的基站直放站、CATV、CMMB 及 GPS 设备市场,推出了品种齐全的 RFIC 及相关增益、低噪声放大、中功率及锁相环路模块,为这些市场的用户提供性能更好、或性能相近而价格更低的选择。
 

RFIC包括

AST(SiGe pHEMT),ASL(pHEMT 低噪声放大),ASG(SiGe HBT)
ASW(SiGe HBT 宽带内匹配)及 ASX(GaAs HBT中 小功率功放)等五个系列。
 
增益模块:AGM系列内匹配、陶瓷贴片式封装、一级或两级LNA。
低噪声放大模块:ALN 系列内匹配、陶瓷贴片式封装、一级或两级 LNA。
小功率放大模块:APM 系列内匹配、陶瓷贴片式封装、P1db 为 29dbm,OIP3 为 47dbm,低噪声,高线性。适用于所有标准的 2G、3G 基站及直放站。
锁相环模块:APL 系列陶瓷贴片式封装、含 VCO、锁相 IC 及环路滤波器、可选内置 TVXO及 / 或 ROM(点频)。
2.4GHz ISM波段收发信机:贴片 RF 收发信模块,内含 GFSK 调制解调,可用于 USN、遥测、遥控及 RFID 等 2.4GHz ISM 波段相关应用。
 
 

 

 

 

When it comes to radio frequency ICs ranging up to 10 GHz, an SiGe technology is the only solution in competitive wireless markets today. The SiGe technologies and designs have already broken into the frequency domain of a GaAs technology and have become very cost-effective alternate to GaAs. Now, it is confident that retooling wave to SiGe will be a key to the growth and profits of modern semiconductor factories.

 

 

 

 

ASB's RF power amplifiers are designed for high linearity and low noise applications for modern wireless and wireline telecommunication systems such as mobile infrastructure equipments, CATV, and so on. All products are manufactured using a state-of-the-art SiGe-base bipolar process of the company's own, making them cost-effective RF components to meet fast-growing competitive wireless markets. The amplifiers are delivered with a low cost SOT-89 package completing stringent reliability tests. We offers compact-sized RF mini-modules that are widely applicable as low noise amplifier and general purpose gain block for use in mobile infrastructure equipments such as cellular, GSM, PCS, IMT-2000 and so on. The company's plerowTM-series RF mini-modules are available in surface-mount package and provide exceptionally low noise with outstanding gain and linearity performance. The plerowTM designed with low current consumption less than 1 watt aslo makes telecommunication systems more reliable.

 

 

 

 

The plerowTM PLL module is a compact-sized and cost-effective product which was designed for use in modern wireless and wireline systems in a wide range of frequency from 50 MHz to 6 GHz. We provide not only the company-standardized PLLs, but also a customized one upon request with a quick turnaround time. ASB’s PLL provides exceptionally low spurious and phase noise performance with fast locking time and low current consumption. All products are available in a surface-mount type package.

 

 

 

 

This is a state-of-the-art 5.8 GHz active DSRC RF module to be easily fit to the On-Board Equipment (OBE) and infrastructure Road Side Equipment (RSE) which are applied for the Electronic Toll Collection system (ETC), Traffic Information System (TIS), Bus Information System (BIS), etc.

The plerowTM PLL module is a compact-sized and cost-effective product which was designed for use in modern wireless and wireline systems in a wide range of frequency from 50 MHz to 6 GHz. We provide not only the company-standardized PLLs, but also a customized one upon request with a quick turnaround time. ASB’s PLL provides exceptionally low spurious and phase noise performance with fast locking time and low current consumption. All products are available in a surface-mount type package.

 

All the PLLs in the table are economical ones without any option. Optional are using a TCXO, and/or a ROM instead for the better phase noise performance inside.
